Building a new relationship across borders

Today we welcomed delegates from Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock Zambia. We had the opportunity of exploring collaboration opportunities to enhance both nations' agricultural and natural resources sectors. The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ketlhatlogile Mosepele said that it is always warm and refreshing to welcome foreign delegates to the university as it gives BUAN an opportunity to internationalize itself and extend its reach beyond our national borders. "Today, as we meet to explore opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange, we are reminded of the profound impact that partnerships can have on advancing agricultural practices and addressing pressing and emergent challenges in the world around us." said Prof. Mosepele as he gave the delegates a brief background on BUAN's establishment.

The development of partnerships, at local, regional and global levels, is a core tenet of the BUAN strategic plan. Therefore, we look foward to our journey with the nation of Zambia.
